Is my business data safe?
Safer than most software, because nothing ever leaves your premises. Your entire database sits on your own USB pendrive — it is never uploaded to any server and we cannot see it. Access is protected by secure login and role-based control, every change is recorded in audit logs, and one-click backup and restore let you keep copies wherever you want them.
Do I need internet to use it?
Never. Grevity is offline billing software only — it runs from the USB pendrive with its own local database on any Windows computer. No connection, no server, no login to a website. Power cuts and network problems on the shop floor stop being your problem.
What if I lose the pendrive or it stops working?
Your licence is registered to you, not lost with the drive. Take a one-click backup onto your computer or an external disk on whatever schedule suits you — most businesses do it daily. If the drive is ever lost or damaged, we issue a replacement licensed pendrive and restore your latest backup onto it, so you carry on from where you stopped.
Do you deliver outside Gujarat?
Yes — the drive is couriered anywhere in India. Because there is nothing to install on a server and no network setup involved, the whole onboarding happens over a call, WhatsApp or a screen share: we set up your company, import your data and train your staff remotely. On-site visits are available wherever our team can reach.
Are the invoices GST compliant?
Grevity generates GST compliant tax invoices with HSN codes, correct CGST, SGST and IGST breakups, your own invoice prefix and financial-year-wise numbering, exported as clean PDFs. Your reports and Excel exports are formatted so your CA can work with them directly.
Can I run more than one firm?
Yes. Multi-company management lets you switch between businesses from one login, each with its own products, parties, invoice numbering, capital accounts and reports.
Can I use the pendrive on more than one computer?
The licence is locked to the drive, not to a computer — so you can move the same pendrive between the office PC, the shop-floor machine and your laptop at home, and your data travels with it. What the single licence does not do is run on two computers at the same time. If you need simultaneous access for more staff or more counters, tell us during the demo and we will price it for you.
Do you support Gujarati and Hindi?
Our team supports you in Gujarati, Hindi and English on phone and WhatsApp, and this website is fully available in Gujarati. Ask about interface language options during your demo.
I already have data in Excel or Tally. Can I move it?
Yes. We help you import your item master, HSN codes, customers, suppliers and opening balances during setup, so you start with your real numbers instead of a blank screen.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses raise their first invoice on the same day the drive arrives. If your item list is large, we finish the import within two working days — remotely, or on-site wherever we can reach.
Is there an AMC or hidden charge?
Nothing hidden. Grevity is ₹3,999 for the first year as a launch offer, against a ₹8,999 list price — pendrive, setup, data import, training and support included — and ₹2,999 a year after that. That yearly renewal is the only recurring charge and it covers your licence, all updates and support. No monthly fee, no per-invoice charge, no separate AMC on top. Tax applies as per law.
